4th Chocolate festival dedicate to st. Valentines Day.

Through the centuries, Lviv has been famous for its unique aura filled with the aroma of coffee and chocolate. Delicious sweets from Lviv have a long history, lvivites were able to try chocolate as long ago as Middle Ages. Since then, Oriental sweets and French desserts could be found in Lviv. After some time local chefs, bakers and confectioners have started to make various delicious sweets themselves. From the beginning of the 20th century, in almost every building in the city center there have been pastry and candy shops. Therefore, Lviv is the second European capital of chocolate after the Swiss city Bern.

This year during the festival there would be an improvisational chocolate factory, the best confectioners will demonstrate the complicated process of chocolate making for everyone to see.

For the great opening of the festival there have been invited a special guest – a famous Italian singer Robertino Loretti.
